How accurate are the readings?+
Your chart is calculated from precise astronomical formulae, then interpreted using classical methods, Vimshottari dasha cycles from Vedic astrology and Chaldean numerology from your name. Every reading is deterministic: the same birth details always produce the same result. Like all astrology, treat it as an entertaining, personalised lens rather than a certainty.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?+
You can tick "I don't know my exact birth time" during the birth details step. We'll use midday as a reasonable default. Your reading will still be personalised from your name, date and place, though the timing details sharpen further with an exact birth time.
Is my birth data private?+
Yes. Your details are used only to calculate your chart and are stored on your own device (session and local storage), not on a shared server or sold to anyone. Clearing your browser data removes them entirely.
What's your refund policy?+
If your unlocked report doesn't feel worth it, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
How is this different from visiting an astrologer?+
A traditional consultation is verbal, costs ₹500–2,000, and you get what you remember afterwards. This is the same classical methodology delivered as a complete written report you can re-read, share, or come back to any time, for a fraction of the cost.
Is the report available in Hindi?+
The app is bilingual throughout, key lines appear in both English and Hindi. A fully Hindi report is on our roadmap.
